Did You Know You Can Join a Caucus?

A caucus is a group of union members who want to collectively build connections among members to pursue common goals and address collective concerns that lead to strengthening the union overall.

As private-sector workers, we have the right to form such a caucus. That right is protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and the 'Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 1938'.

For more information about caucuses visit uniondemocracy.org.
